DESCRIPTION.

We are looking for a part-time enthusiastic, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to execute and create content, community management and everything in between related to Social Media. Working directly with the founders, this role provides the unique opportunity to come up with and execute creative ideas and a chance to produce best-in-class visuals for PEACH. 

RESPONSIBILITIES. 

- Feed into monthly content plans with ideas and develop plans for visually inspiring and engaging content reflecting PEACH.’s tone of voice and creative style.

- Lead on developing Tik-Tok content and engagement strategies in support of larger brand strategy. Develop how our brands voice and style translate into compelling native content on the platform.

- Capture and post live in the moment photo and video content, building a vibrant and on-trend digital presence for our brands

- Staying ahead of the curve - conduct research and analyse the market to come up with relevant campaign ideas and trend-led videos to execute

- Assist with copywriting and creating engaging captions for our social media posts

- Community management across our platforms

- Reporting on brand performance 

- Support on website assistance (Wordpress) and CRM (Mailchimp) as of when. 

ESSENTIALS. 

- Your friends would describe you as someone who’s “lives on social media”

- “iPhone” level content capture skills (photo and video) to create social media content

- Reel editing (CapCut or equivilent)

- Experience with social media/community engagement

- Basic graphic design skills. Able create simple graphics and edit photo/video for social media in Canva or similar

- A natural sense for creative thinking and strong copywriting

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

- Basic HTML experience (Squarespace) for website update support and CRM tools (Mailchimp) to assist with piecing together monthly newsletters

OPTIONAL.

• Some experience with professional photography or videography equipment

• Basic experience with Adobe Indesign and other Creative Suite Tools

Job description

SALARY: Minimum wage plus TRONC

We are looking a for a part-time FOH member with hospitality and bar experience, that puts pride in every drink and customer interaction. Cocktail competence is preferred but not essential and must have a thirst for self-improvement. The candidate we are looking for must love what they do and have impeccable customer service.

Other duties such as serving tables, stock control and ordering and making coffees (training provided), cleaning and maintenance.
